Morse Community Hall Awarded Co-op Community Spaces Grant

We are pleased to announce the town of Morse has been awarded one of the annual Community Spaces grants for 2024. The $30,000 construction grant will be used to fund a new floor for the Morse Community Hall, which will be replaced in August/September. Community Spaces, which is a part of the Co-op Retailing System (CRS) for Western Canada, selected the Morse project as one of 15 Community Spaces projects to fund for 2024.

The Morse Community Hall serves not only the town of Morse, but several surrounding communities, farms, and families in the area. Pioneer Co-op is proud to continue to provide essential services to the community, and we thank the Community Spaces committee for recognizing the impact that will be achieved through the Community Spaces grant in Morse.

Wayne Leisle (Morse Community Hall) accepts a cheque from Todd Gerbrandt (Manager, Pioneer Co-op Morse), Larry Kozun (CEO, Pioneer Co-op), and Pioneer Co-op Board Members Mac Forster (Secretary) and Uli Cartman (Chair).
